The Structured Implementation Process (SIP) was developed by Pacific Alliance and refined through implementation engagements with a wide range of clients in all Revit-supported disciplines. Experience has shown that those who follow this structured approach will achieve Building Information Modeling (BIM) success using Revit. The Structured Implementation Process consists of eight steps which take place over several weeks.
